First of all, I would like to say that we were truly thankful for the work on the deck and hot tub in 1999. We have been so pleased with the final product and have had many compliments on how much nicer our over all home is.
Your last free service call to come and repair the joist that needed some attention was un-heard of in the Denver contractor market.
Barry, (from one small business owner to another) if others in your profession treated their companies and customers as you do, the process of hiring and keeping contractors to do good work would not be so difficult. I have personally hired 6-8 contractors for different jobs around our house in the last 5 years and all have been less than average.
